We're proud to announce a major milestone at GIA Innovative Building Designing, our first building of our Calm Cove Retreat project has officially completed its structural phase. With the form and framework now solidified, we are preparing to begin window installation, marking the transition to a watertight enclosure and paving the way for internal works to commence.

This moment represents more than just progress on site; it signifies a meaningful chapter in our journey as a growing practice. As our second major building constructed in the island of Providenciales, this development reflects GIA's commitment to thoughtful design, structural integrity and place sensitive architecture within the Turks and Caicos Islands.
